A guest post – from Hannah Log

There it was, waiting patiently in the corner.
Alone, unloved and seemingly forgotten.
It stood proud, but it still craved attention.
Self-esteem at an all-time low – but you wait – you just wait.

And wait it did, until the day the recently acquired
upstart of a  large touch screen decided to go on strike.
No more saving to PDF. No more magic eraser.
No more swiping the screen to impress the audience.

Proudly, it seemed to stand even more upright as
the permanent pen met the almost white paper.
“Thanks heavens for the flip chart” was a welcome cry
as the audience were wowed by the beauty of pen and paper once more
