Shoppers are demanding, they have choices, they need attracting. Treating workers as shoppers means giving them value, making sure their experience is rewarding, doing everything you can to ensure that they stay with you (assuming that you want them to, that is).
It means offering options – empowering workers to make a decision about where the best place would be for them to do their work so that they can achieve their objectives. It’s about treating them as individuals, making them feel valued and welcome. Shoppers who are satisfied are the best recruitment advert for your organisation.
Space isn’t everything – but it is an important part of the shoppers experience.
